Welcome to E'Taara Living. By accessing or using our website (www.etaaraliving.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. About Us
E'Taara Living is a proprietorship registered in India, engaged in the design and sale of children's furniture. Our registered business address and contact details are listed in Section 14 of this document.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order on this website. By using the site, you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law.
3. Products and Pricing
All products listed on the website are subject to availability. While we make every effort to display accurate product images, dimensions, finishes, and prices, slight variations may occur due to the handcrafted nature of certain pieces and the limitations of digital displays. Prices listed are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify prices, product descriptions, or product availability at any time without prior notice.
In the event of an inadvertent pricing error, E'Taara Living reserves the right to cancel any affected order, even after order confirmation, and issue a full refund. Customers will be notified by email or phone if such cancellation occurs.
4. Order Placement and Acceptance
Placing an order on the website constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is considered confirmed only after we have accepted it, processed the payment, and sent a confirmation email. E'Taara Living reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraudulent activity, incorrect product or pricing information, or non-serviceable delivery locations.
5. Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled by the customer within 24 hours of order placement, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. Cancellation requests must be sent to info@etaara.in with the order number. Cancellations after dispatch are not permitted.
6. Returns and Refunds
E'Taara Living does not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or any reason other than the two specifically listed below. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
Returns and refunds are accepted only in the following two cases:
a) Manufacturing defect. The product, on delivery, is found to have a verifiable manufacturing defect.
b) Damage in transit. The product arrives damaged due to handling or shipping.
In both cases, the following conditions must be met without exception:
• The customer must inform E'Taara Living within 48 hours of delivery by email info@etaara.in
• A complete, uncut unboxing video must be provided, clearly showing the sealed outer packaging, the opening of the package, and the full reveal of the product as it emerges. The defect or damage must be clearly visible in the video.
• Clear photographs of the defective or damaged area must accompany the claim.
• The product must be unused and unassembled.
Claims submitted without an unboxing video, or after the 48-hour window, will not be accepted, regardless of the nature of the defect or damage.
Resolution. Once a claim is verified, E'Taara Living will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. A refund will be issued only if a replacement is unavailable. Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days of claim approval, to the original payment method.
No other returns. Once a product has been unpacked, used, assembled, or installed — and no defect or transit damage has been reported within the 48-hour window — no returns, refunds, or replacements will be accepted under any circumstance.
Custom or made-to-order pieces (if introduced in the future) will be entirely non-returnable. This will be clearly indicated on the relevant product pages.
Nothing in this policy limits the consumer's statutory rights under applicable Indian consumer protection law.
7. Assembly and Installation
All products are delivered with an assembly manual and the required hardware. Products are designed to be self-assembled by the customer. For customers who require assisted installation in Delhi NCR, an installation service is available for ₹1,000 per order. This service must be requested at the time of placing the order. Installation is not currently available outside Delhi NCR.Our customer care team however can help the customer incase required , just drop us an email.
8. Product Care and Warranty
Each product is accompanied by care instructions listed on the respective product page. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not extend to damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper assembly, exposure to extreme conditions, or normal wear and tear.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including product designs, photographs, illustrations, text, logos, and the E'Taara Living name — is the intellectual property of E'Taara Living and is protected under Indian copyright and trademark law. No part of the website or its content may be reproduced, copied, or used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
10. Use of the Website
You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose, to attempt unauthorised access to any part of the site, or to interfere with its normal functioning. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to any user found in violation of these Terms.
11. Limitation of Liability
E'Taara Living shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless E'Taara Living, its proprietor, employees, and partners from any claim, loss, or damage arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our products or website.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.

In compliance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, we acknowledge customer grievances within 48 hours of receipt and aim to resolve them within 30 days.

E'Taara Living reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
