At E'Taara Living, every piece is packed with the same care with which it was designed. Because we ship furniture — not envelopes — our delivery process works a little differently from everyday online shopping. Here's everything you need to know.
1. Where We Deliver
We currently deliver across India to most serviceable pin codes. You can check serviceability for your pin code at checkout. If your location is not serviceable, write to us at 【info@etaara.in】 and we'll do our best to arrange delivery through an alternate partner.
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are applicable to all orders and are calculated on a per-product basis, depending on factors including but not limited to product dimensions, weight, handling requirements, and delivery location.
Applicable shipping charges are disclosed on the product detail page and reiterated at checkout prior to order confirmation.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except where a refund is mandated under applicable law.
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR)
Any applicable charges are shown transparently at checkout before you pay. There are no hidden fees.
3. Dispatch Timelines
Our furniture is crafted and quality-checked before it leaves us.
- In-stock items: Dispatched within 【3–5】 business days of order confirmation.
- Made-to-order / pre-order items: Dispatch timelines are mentioned on the product page and confirmed on your order confirmation. These typically range from 【2–4 weeks】.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking details on email and WhatsApp as soon as your order ships.
4. Delivery Timelines
Furniture travels by surface transport for its own safety. Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Metro cities: 【5–7】 business days
- Rest of India: 【7–14】 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, regional holidays, or logistics disruptions can occasionally cause delays. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated window, our team will proactively keep you updated.
5. Doorstep Delivery
- Delivery is made to your doorstep or building entrance, depending on the courier partner and packaging size.
- For large items, please ensure a service lift or adequate stair access is available. Our delivery partners are not obligated to carry heavy cartons up multiple floors without lift access, though many will assist where possible.
- Please have an adult (18+) available to receive and inspect the order.
6. The Unboxing Video — Please Read Carefully
This is the most important part of our delivery process.
Please record a clear, uncut video while opening your package, starting before the first seal or tape is cut. This single step protects you completely in the rare case of transit damage or a missing part.
- Claims for damage, defects, or missing components are accepted only with an unboxing video.
- Claims must be raised within 72 hours of delivery at 【info@etaara.in】 or on WhatsApp at 【+91-9910099960】, along with your order number.
Without an unboxing video, we are unable to verify transit damage claims, as covered in our Refund & Exchange Policy.
7. Damaged, Tampered, or Open Packages
If a package arrives visibly damaged, crushed, or tampered with:
- Do not refuse delivery — accept it and record your unboxing video.
- Note the damage with the delivery person if possible.
- Share photos, your unboxing video, and order number with us within 48 hours.
We will arrange a replacement of the damaged part or product at no cost to you, as per our Refund & Exchange Policy.
8. Failed Deliveries & Re-attempts
Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to 【2–3】 times and will contact you before arriving. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges in such cases may be borne by the customer.
9. Address Changes
Address changes are possible only before dispatch. Write to us as early as possible with your order number and updated address. Once an order has shipped, the delivery address cannot be modified.

E'Taara Living reserves the right to update this policy from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order will apply to that order.
